In the SVN version, if a transaction requires a transaction fee, it says<br>
"This transaction is over the size limit. &nbsp;You can still send it for a fee of #,<br>
which goes to the nodes that process your transaction and helps to support the network.<br>
Do you want to pay the fee?"

If you don't have enough money with the fee added, it says<br>
"Total exceeds your balance when the # transaction fee is included&nbsp;&nbsp;"
